Highly recommended! Bought our first house with these buys and it was smooth! They helped us with all of our questions as well. If you want a excellent mortage broker use these guys!

What a easy process!! This team was so helpful! I heard the radio add. Filled out a online form to start the process. Had someone call me that day and less then 3 weeks later I am closing on the sale of my condo! As a single mom I didn't think this was in my reach! Thank you so much for helping me get a home for my little family!!! Highly recommend!

I contacted the Collin Bruce team this morning with a mortgage related question. Within an hour I heard back from Collin himself interested in more information to ensure I was properly served. Well Done. Very pleased with the customer service so far!

Collin was recommended to me by a friend when we were having an absolute housing emergency. He was super patient with us being so new and clueless and was willing to make calls for us and walk us through everything. He worked around our schedule and would reply to email questions at literally all hours of the night. Were it not for him, we wouldn't currently be in our first home! Thank you so much for all your amazing help!

One of the best banking/financial experiences ever. Quicker and friendlier than the banks, and with better rates. Met with Colin himself and he is the reason we are homeowners today! Looking forward to visiting again on my renewal date!
