I went in to do a title transfer on my mortgage and was told I had to remorgatge my place to do so. RBC said since I was staying with them they would pay for the cost. I went in to the bank signed the paperwork and thought everything was complete. Got a call three months later and was told by the lawyers RBC has not sent them any paperwork. Then I had to go back to RBC and ask why they didn’t send the paperwork to the lawyers they couldn’t give me a straight answer. A week later the paperwork finally made it to the lawyers. A year later the lawyers phone me saying RBC never paid them so I just paid the lawyers over the phone. THIS BRANCH IS INCOMPETENT and I can’t wait for my mortgage to get renewed so I can take it to another bank.

Service has just recently crashed down. Cost cutting leading to incompetent cheap labour who has no idea what customer service is who is clueless on the policies and procedures...it’s a sinking ship. Been customer for 16years and first time felt the need to comment as this stupid place has my money. If your money is there too you should be very concerned.

I had a very rude encounter with a CSR, her name was “Abi” she was Arab . She was rude, arrogant and inane. She didn’t greet anyone , she didn’t have any knowledge of depositing a cheque. She doesn’t belong at RBC , definitely will not return to this branch.

Ling and her manager, which her name I unfortunately didn't catch, are a couple of lifesavers. I had a meeting in another city and needed a bank draft and long and her manager were bending over backwards to help me retrieve the funds. I could not have done it without these two wonderful ladies. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Both very professional and compassionate to my ridiculous situation and solved my problem in a very efficient manner. Thank you is more than an understatement for what I'd like to say for what these woman did for me.

Normally I don't every have a problem here. However I recently went there to deposit a the same cheque that has been deposited into that same account every 2 weeks for the past 6 months and the lady was absolutely disgustingly rude to us, did not grasp the fact that my girlfriend's cheque had been signed over to me (legally) and put a security hold on it, now I have to wait till next Wednesday before it clears. After our bills are supposed to come out. Thanks lady, we both are more them likely to close all of our accounts. And now I won't be able to renew my license for work, so I will be loosing my job as well.
