My husband and I were thinking of purchasing our first home for quite a while now, but we’re unsure whether we would get approved because we’re basically new to Canada. We chose to go to inquire to the Mortgage Force Team because of the good reviews online and it lived up to our expectations! Jody immediately worked on our application but we got rejected at first – which we didn’t know about until the very end, where there was a tangible offer, from another lender, on the table. It was a good strategy because it prevents us, her customers, from stressing and panicking, when there are other options that she has yet to explore. She worked tirelessly and literally had to move mountains to get us approved, but she did! Even when she had to be away because of an emergency, she made sure that we can reach her and that we were well taken care of. Sunny took over our case and he did excellently as well. Thank you for all the hard work Jody and Sunny!

Would give ten stars if I could. I met Jody on a Friday night to discuss about my mortgage. She worked on that weekend to get my application done. Jody is the greatest broker that you could ask for. Fast, friendly, responsible and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I am so happy to have chosen Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Force. We have tried other places but we were always turned down right away without pulling an effort to helping us with other options. But having met Jody, we were delighted to know that she is extra helpful with pulling strings for us in order to make purchasing a home easier. Even though it's the weekend or holidays or beyond office hours, she's just a text or call away from us and she is ready to answer all my questions and make some calls to process our mortgage faster. It's been a really enjoyable experience despite the stress related to homebuying. We never thought we'd be able to have a place of our own this early, until we met Jody. Now, we are happily home sweet home :)
