I canâ€™t thank Cheryl and Katherine enough! Cheryl did absolutely everything possible to help my husband and I get into our first home. When situations seemed impossible Cheryl found a way. She was so easy to work with and so knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of working with Cheryl and Katherine and were so grateful for all they did to help us, they went above and beyond. I will recommend these ladies to absolutely anyone. Truly the best and so great at what they do. We could not have gotten into our home without them!

Went to Katherine for my first renewal instead of going back to the â€œbig nameâ€ bank that I used for my first 5 year term. Not only did I get a much better rate, but Katherine actually took the time to explain everything to me in a friendly and professional manner, and even got me into a more flexible type of mortgage going forward. Very satisfied and have already referred her to friends whoâ€™ve had the same pleasant experience. If youâ€™re a first time home buyer, Iâ€™d definitely recommend coming here first.
