I can’t thank Cheryl and Katherine enough! Cheryl did absolutely everything possible to help my husband and I get into our first home. When situations seemed impossible Cheryl found a way. She was so easy to work with and so knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of working with Cheryl and Katherine and were so grateful for all they did to help us, they went above and beyond. I will recommend these ladies to absolutely anyone. Truly the best and so great at what they do. We could not have gotten into our home without them!

My husband and I met with Katherine in the process of looking at buying our own home. She was reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuine. We experienced a level of commitment and professionalism from Katharine in this process that I am sure any of her clients would attest to. We are extremely grateful for having her on our team over the past few weeks. If you are looking for a mortgage broker who is committed, passionate, and trustworthy then we would highly recommend Katherine! Thank you again for all of your support over the past few weeks :)

Went to Katherine for my first renewal instead of going back to the “big name” bank that I used for my first 5 year term. Not only did I get a much better rate, but Katherine actually took the time to explain everything to me in a friendly and professional manner, and even got me into a more flexible type of mortgage going forward. Very satisfied and have already referred her to friends who’ve had the same pleasant experience. If you’re a first time home buyer, I’d definitely recommend coming here first.

Cheryl, Katherine and the team at Red Deer Mortgage Lending go above and beyond with assisting their clients with their mortgage needs. They were caring, supportive and extremely capable. We felt like we were in very good hands every step of the way and will absolutely be choosing them to help us with our next mortgage, as well. They are setting a very high standard in this industry.
