Every single time I am here there are only three tellers on with a massive line. Only come if you have 45 minutes to stand in line.

Absolutely horrible. They dont even switch on their phones and re route all calls to another country.

This branch is one of the largest in Calgary and rightfully so since it is in Bankers Hall. It's accessible from the TD Core shopping mall and thus the +15 so great in winter when you don't want to trudge through endless snow to do some banking. Branch is busy during the weekday lunch hour while everyone gets a break from their jobs to run some lunch time errands, so avoid that time and it is generally pretty quick. There are always a number of tellers available to help. It's just a bit slow when you need some sort of managerial intervention. They could work on that a bit.

Horrible experienced treated me like i am a hacker and an identity theft locked me out in my acct , presented 2 valid ids and electronic bill as proof of my address but it still not enough for that man teller , keeps pushing me away and telling me to go to the branch where i open , what the heck i work at downtown and i dont have enough time to make it in any other branch, i asked him that if he could not fixed it at that moment if i could just deposit money on my checking since i have pre authorized oayment coming up in 2 days but that Quinn still insisting that i sould go back to the branch where i open, i should never switch to rbc afterall

Had the best experience with a teller here named Beatrice. The conversation was genuine and filled with good vibe. She quickly established a feel I could relate too with sharing about herself and allowing a fun exchange of relatable life interests. I hope Beatrice is influence by the leadership and culture behind the desk and other tellers are able to humanize the banking experience as I did. Enough to make me want to literally write this review about and shout out B - thank you and happy July 13th haha!
