We recently used Red Key Mortgage for the purchase of our home and were extremely pleased with the experience. In addition to being very knowledgeable and detail oriented, Luke was always quick to respond to our questions and presented all information concisely and in an easy to understand manner. Colleen was also great to deal with - friendly, efficient and organized at gathering all our documentation. We were very satisfied with the mortgage options that were presented and the customer service we received. Red Key made the entire process easy and stress-free and we highly recommend them!

We've used Luke several times to get our mortgages, and each time he's managed to get us a great product. Luke makes the process very easy. He communicates well, and he has strong relationships to the lenders (which saved us once, because our credit score got hit by one of those credit card promotions that we had inadvertently neglected to cancel). Luke definitely goes the extra mile for his clients. I would recommend him to anybody.

We worked with Luke Wile at Red Key Mortgage. This was for our first home, bought recently. Luke was highly knowledgeable and informative from our very first conversation to all the way till closing. Like all smart buyers, we shopped around for rates, compared mortgage terms, etc. but we couldn't find a better broker. With Luke we knew exactly what we'd pay for interest, principal for every payment. He would talk to you about aspects such as total cost of borrowing, instead of just "how much you would like to may each month". At the time of closing we had some last minute stress due to lack of preparedness on the seller's side. And Luke was prompt and very responsive to our calls during this time.

As 'newbies' to the housing market we were in good hands with RedKey mortgage. Luke was very attentive to us and always prompt at returning our many phone calls and emails. We had lots of questions and Luke always took the time to explain things to us and made sure we had the answers we were seeking. I truly feel Luke always put our needs first and he did a lot of shopping around to find us exactly what we were looking for. His assistant Colleen was also very pleasant and easy to deal with. We are very satisfied clients of RedKey and will gladly recommend RedKey Mortgage to anyone. Thanks for your great service Luke!
