To put it simply, Jim Henheffer made my purchase of my first house so much easier. He took the time to explain the whole mortgage process to me and my family as well as find exactly what type of mortgage would suit me best down the road. Meeting with him in person was no hassle and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. I can definitely tell that he takes great pride in his job and makes the overall experience of owning a house a pleasant one. I recommend Jim to any of my family members or friends who are looking into a new mortgage or would like a second opinion about their current mortgage.

Best place to go for Mortgages in Calgary – Hands Down! Not only did we get an unbeatable rate, we were able to participate in a home improvement program with our lender so we could do some much needed renovations. We were able to increase the value of our home immediately by including the improvement cost in our mortgage. Working with Jim was a first rate experience and I would 100% recommend him to friends and family!

Jim was great to work with. He put both my wife and I at ease as first time home buyers who were new to the process with his easy going personality. In addition, when it came to getting the financing paperwork we needed Jim was very professional and quick to ensure we had everything we needed well in advance of closing. Me and my wife were looking to get away from the banks for our new mortgage and so we chose Jim to be our Broker. He was very thorough in explaining all our options and made sure that we had the right mortgage that fit our needs at his point in our lives. He was quick to change anything when we changed our mind and made sure we understood where we were at any point in the process.
