I spoke with them on the phone regarding a mortgage renewal. They guaranteed an interest rate and said "no legal fees". As soon as we sat down the interest rate went up and all of a sudden "legal fees" needed to be paid. He then said dont waste my time, as if his time is more valuable than mine. Long story short, this place is a waste of time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After the owner replied i have made an edit to my comment( not changing anything just adding the following) You didnt even file anything so dont say we didnt qualify. You also didnt check any credit history so dont claim that you have. I have a very good and CLEAN credit history. You are unprofessional and not to add cocky. I am embarrassed typing this piece as an edit because you deserve a 0 star rating. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

First impression of this guy was very friendly and professional. More I had to deal with him worse it started becoming. He would not even given me the copy of paper I signed & he never gave it to me. He lied to me what rate he was giving. He ended up doing settlement with me later, when I complained to MCAP people and threaten to complained even higher about him. If you are Punjabi and going to him thinking he would help you just because he is brown guy or speak your own language or he is very skilled in mortgage, do not go to him, he is there to fool you, manipulate you and cheat you to get commission out of your mortgage application, thatâ€™s it!
