In 2014 I went from being employed to being self-employed. Although I previously had mortgages (no missed payments, always paid on time) during my time being employed, not many wanted to deal with me given my lack of self-employed history. Laura worked diligently to secure a mortgage for me that was reasonable in both term and rate. She made herself available to meet with me on my schedule and took the time to explain the details to me, in terms that I could understand. Both were very much appreciated.
