My husband and I went to our bank to get a better mortgage rate years ago and our bank quoted us a rate that was higher than what I heard other lending agencies were. I decided to see what Mike could do for us at getting a lower rate. He found a company that gave us a much lower rate. He walked us through all the steps of changing companies and was able to answer all our questions. Since then our mortgage came due and again we went through Mike who again found us another very low rate. He has access to so many different lending companies that he find the right one for his customer. The companies that he has set us up with have both been very good to us and very easy to access when I have questions. I loved that he came to us and was able to work around our schedules. Thanks to Mike he was able to connect us with excellent lending agencies as he knows his business so well and cares about everyone of his customers making sure he finds the right fit for that person and their needs. When we were buying our home, we talked to Mike about finding us a lender. Mike worked very hard to find one. Once he found us one he went through the entire process step by step right up to the final detail. I was so impressed with Mike and his profesionalism that when my son was buying his house that I had him talk to Mike.
