The tellers helped me cash a cheque under joint names that included my late wife's name.

Horrendous customer service, no teller services either. Very useless branch of RBC. I would strongly recommend using another airdrie branch. Staff was Absolutely disrespectful and rude. No privacy when discussing private banking matters.

I was with my mom last Wednesday. She needs to take some money my mom ask me if I can help her to put the pin as she didn't has her glasses. And the customer service agent in a very bad manner tread my mom to take away her card as she is not allow to share her pin with me, we have a joint account. The assistant manager came to spoke with me so I can explain the situation and I said that she should apologize with my mom as the way that she talk to my mom was unacceptable and he said that she doesn't need to apologize with my mom so he was in agreement the way that she treat my mom. I will never go back to that bransh the people are very rude and they are not helpful what kind of customer service can you offer my mom has an account with Royal bank for 10 years, my husband for more than 20 years and I have an account with Royal Bank for more 15 years and after this experience I am not sure if I will continue with my account there.
