This is my primary bank, I really have had no bad experience dealing with RBC. Been with them since 2014, and no plans to switch institutions. I have a mortgage and several other financial products. When I go in the branch, its usually for some quick ATM business, or if I need to visit the teller to access my safe deposit box. Hope to enjoy many more years of business with them.

What happened to client confidentiality and security of personal information? Unfortunately 0 zero stars is not an option so I'm forced to give a 1-star rating. To make a long story short, my girlfriend and I went into the branch to review/discuss her account. We were never asked for photo identification; answer any security questions; nor was she asked to produce her RBC card and verify her identify via PIN. Instead, the RBC agent simply turned the computer monitor to us and asked us to verify if her personal information was correct. Really?!?!?! I initially wasn't going to post this complaint but as RBC headquarters won't acknowledge and/or address by anything other than sending me a generic form letter... Eat my shorts.... lol
