I was going to say "working with Stefanie" but I realized that we, my and my wife, haven't worked at all, Stefanie did all the work and the whole process was so easy! She hasn't asked for tons of papers and looked very confident from the second we met her. She got us approved for a second mortgage and, to top it up, 3 days before signing the papers, she called to tell us that our interest rate goes down by .1 It would have been the lowest around anyway 😊 Cheers Stefanie! I don't normally take the time to give reviews good or bad experience but I had to take the time to speak about Matt in grande prairie you are one in a thousand honestly you went above and beyond my expectations. Even when our business had concluded you kept in touch with all necessary information. You weren't just doing your job Matt you put yourself in my shoes with care and that's rare please keep shining and helping others getgett their dream home.

Prior to becoming a Mortgage Agent myself I was a Real Estate Assistant for 4 years. During this time we had one particularly complicated deal with nothing conventional or easy about it. Lucky for us Matt was the Mortgage Broker working on the file. The deal did end up getting funded which was a direct result of Matt’s communication, industry knowledge, and no-quit attitude. Since joining TMG myself I have had the privilege of working with both Deb and Matt and cannot speak highly enough about either of them. They are knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and fight for their clients every single day!

Deb and Matt have been great to work with, and work hard for their clients.
