Not very impressed with RBC lately. A lot of misinformation and confusion, seems to take a horrendous amount of time to complete simply tasks here. I appreciate they try to be helpful but the amount of time I have wasted going back and forth, calling customer service and explaining my concerns to the personnel only to be routed around the issue again is kinda hilarious. I was seriously considering changing banks after this latest mess. If I didn’t have such low confidence in the ability of TD and Scotia to off anything better I’d have switched. Save your time and call RBC, or try another branch if you need assistance. It’s just too inconsistent despite their desire to help, they have given misinformation too many times and do not seem concerned with correcting that issue... based on all these reviews...

The worst experience when I ever had with representative was with Carol Brooker. It looks like she hates people

Will be CLOSING ALL MY ACCOUNTS with rbc because of this branch.. I will never deal with RBC again in my life. Go to a different branch for ANY day to day transactions needing a teller... better yet, GET A DIFFERENT BANK. They make SIMPLE TRANSACTIONS long and drawn out. If you're a person of colour (regardless of your credit) you will be treated like a criminal if you, deposit cash, deposit a draft, WITHDRAWAL CASH, Etc.. I am so glad my business account isn't with RBC!! Stay away!

I had a couple of appointments with Kiran, a financial advisor. She is fantastic. She gives solid and true advice. She doesn't push a lot of sales and she knows her stuff inside and out. I'd recommend her to anyone. As for the rest of the branch, I can't say. But if you need a Financial Advisor, she is the lady to see.
