Val just helped us get into our first house and we couldnâ€™t have been happier with the customer service she provided us along the way. I was recommended by a friend for the competitive rates with DLC and received much more than that. Her service was excellent from day one. For us, it was easiest to communicate by text, phone call and e-mail and thatâ€™s exactly how we completed our process. She was always available when needed, providing helpful insight. We knew exactly what we needed to do and what was going on during every point of the process. She was very helpful, personable, friendly, reliable and professional. I highly recommend her and will be checking in with her when it comes time to our mortgage renewal. Thanks again Val!

Val was amazing to work with. From the moment we called, we received exceptional service. She made everything so easy for us that I can't understand why more people aren't using mortgage brokers! She worked to get us the best possible deal and we couldn't have been more impressed, and a little surprised, at what we locked in at for five years on both of our properties. Val is very personable and a joy to deal with. Quick to respond to any questions we had, always letting us know where the process was at, and making it easy by using email and DocuSign for all of our paperwork, which meant we could do everything from the comfort of our home or even at work. We met with her to finalize everything at the very end. I highly recommend Val to anyone looking for a new mortgage or a refinance. And one of the best parts? You don't pay a dime for her services. She's in the business of helping people secure the best product for their needs and does so without charging fees or adding hidden costs.
