I cannot say enough good things about Joni. She worked so hard to get everything worked out for me. We ran into some snags here and there but she worked them all out in a timely manner and was able to answer whatever question I had. Any person who is looking for a quality, professional, knowledgeable and friendly person to work out their mortgage deal, call Joni! I will be recommending her to all my friends and family

We were recommend to Joni by our son. We don't live in Lloydminster but she was more than willing to help us out. We have given Joni 2 very challenging mortgages that had all kinds of hurdles that we had to jump through. Joni was very knowledgeable and worked her magic getting the deals done. Her professionalism and compassion in stressful situations were a definite asset. I would highly recommend this lady as there are not enough stars to review her.

Joni was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgable and made the process so much less stressful than dealing with the banks directly. She was quickly available and updated us frequently throughout the process. Not only did Joni work hard we truly believe she cared about us and what would work best for our family. I highly recommend Joni and intend to contact her for our future needs.

Joni was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are first time homeowners and knew little about the mortgage process. Joni was there every step of the way to answer any questions we had. She provided updates regularly to let us know how the mortgage was progressing and put our minds at ease. She is friendly, personable and very knolwegable in her industry. I would highly recommend Joni to anyone seeking a mortgage!
