Our account manager was incredible. She made sure we had the right information and gave us a great rate! Thanks Connie!! And thanks XMC for believing in us 13, years ago and through 3 or 4 mortgage refinances. You have our loyalty!!

I have been with them for several years now. Very good. I had a fire at my house and Fara was great through the whole ordeal. They have decent rates and care about their clients.

I give this lender a two star. My wife n I bought our first home 3 yrs ago. Wife n I had “bruised” credit rating. They provided us with our first mortgage as long if we put a 25% down payment. 3 yrs later we now have an excellent rating. I believe having a mortgage and paying it on time helped tremendously. This is were it gets shady... BEWARE of XMC! Upon renewal, they offered us a ridiculous rate, with our incredible credit rating I was sure we can get a better mortgage rate. Long story short, we actually went to Butler Mortgage where we got a fair rate. XMC Refused to send the discharge papers to our new lender and on top of all that they charge ridiculous “HIDDEN” fees. They will make you pay and make it difficult should you choose to leave them. In short, FUK XMC and good riddance! My advice, stay the FUK away from this lender. So many lenders out there who are decent.

This the worst lender ever. I recommend no one deal with them because they are not straight forward to clients. I had to submit pay stub over and over again and I also had my approval changed over and over again.

Fantastic experience working with the XMC team. They were patient, understanding, flexible, and the communication was consistent. Most importantly, my clients were happy with their experience and service. Can't wait to work with you all again.
