Wow!!! Fantastic!!! Incredible!!! Three adjectives for two Wonder Women. Carmela and Najhat are the best. These ladies saved me from the horrific treatment I was getting from my bank and I am forever grateful for their tenacity and doggedness.

I was referred to Carmela by my realtor. Was very unhappy with my experience. Yes in the end we did get our mortgage but I did end up looking at and putting an offer on a property that was almost $80,000 more than we could actually afford. A few more mistakes were also made. This was my first experience buying a home and was extremely more stressful than it needed to be. I was also promised a Visa gift card for all of the trouble we went through with Carmela but I did not receive that either. Would not recommend. Update: I did receive the gift card that I was promised and a very nice apology note from Carmela. I understand that my case was difficult and that people are human and make mistakes. But that's why I went to a professional. I'm very happy with my home and the mortgage I received, it was just very painful getting there. I do wish Camela and her staff all the best.

Carmela and her team are professionals through and through. In my experience using them as my mortgage brokerage (3 times now) each has been painless and very pleasant. Not only do I not have to think about getting the best rate possible and worry about the time it takes shopping around, but I did not have to book multiple meetings and spend valuable time on sorting through paperwork etc. Again they are professionals and let you know exactly what is necessary - especially in this environment where it is becoming harder and harder to obtain mortgages, paperwork and credential checks become more and more burdensome, I would highly and fully recommend her and her team to anyone shopping for mortgages. Do yourself a favor, take the stress out of the mortgage and home buying process, and contact Carmela and her team for your mortgage needs.
