This is the second time we had the pleasure of working with Tracey Morrison. First in 2014 and again a few months ago. The first time was our first house together and Tracey made the whole process smooth and seamless. We had no issues getting the mortgage, and no problems whatsoever afterwards. This time, however, to no fault of Tracey’s, we had multiple issues. Tracey was incredibly helpful along the way, always available, and willing to lend her advice even if she didn’t have to. We had unique situations all over the place. Some she had never encountered before and she still gave it her all. We now live in Ontario so even with the time difference, she made it work for us. We highly recommend Tracey for all your mortgage needs. Please give her a call or email her and she’ll help make your house buying dreams come true. Thanks Tracey!!

We originally used their service back in October 2006, when we started the process of buying our property in Spruce Grove. Tracey was very helpful in guiding us through all the paperwork. We received a very favourable interest rate and payment schedule. Then in 2016 we called on Tracey to help us through a payment change. We changed to a bi-weekly payment and a new payment schedule to speed up the payoff of the house. All transactions have been handled in an orderly and professional manner. We couldn't be happier with the service and would certainly use them the next time a need arises. Chuck and Vicki

Lori Grill, the mortgage broker we dealt with, has to be one of the most service focussed person we have ever come across in the financial sector. She understood our problems, solved them and met our very unrealistic deadlines. She got us a mortgage and explained it to us with great clarity. We have used her services several times and would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone. We really thank your realtor Grant Clark for recommending her to us. Thank you Lori!

I have been working with Lori for 19 years. I refer her to all my clients who need a great Mortgage Broker and I use her for my personal as well. I am better able to focus on my part of a Real Estate transaction when I know things are well taken care of on the financial side. I highly recommend her.
