Vaughn Leroux is a mortgage broker who understands business and competition. I own an independent mortgage brokerage and have been part of Vaughn's inner circle of co-mentors for years. We each compete for business, but we also know that we all have our own strengths and specialty niche products. As an independent, Vaughn recognizes the fact that I may not get to see the sales presentations and technology training sessions available to brokerages of a larger capacity. Instead of putting up barriers, I am invited and I feel like part of their brokerage family. I feel comfortable co-brokering some of my customers to Vaughn, where their unique needs might be served by a program that Vaughn has, that I don't. An example is, the discount rate for engineers Vaughn can access through one of his major lenders. Vaughn works this way with his customers too. If he sees a solution that is not part of his programs, he will be the first to give guidance and refer that customer to where their needs might be best served.

Vaughn gave individualized solutions every step of the way and found several options for us to consider. He answered all questions, was patient, timely, and ensured help was available through absences. He did the leg work with 3rd parties to ensure there was minimum hassle for us. He accomodated our schedule around 1 preschooler, 1 Gr.1 and 1 teen! You are in good hands with Vaughn!

All I can say is WOW!!! Vaughn Leroux is AMAZING!... Not only did he find us the best possible mortgage rate that saved us a boat load of money compared to what our bank was offering but he also helped teach us about what we were getting into with the purchase of our first home. He took the time to explain in detail any questions we had which was a lot :) and he made the whole process seem so easy. If you are buying a home in Edmonton then you definitely want to deal with Vaughn Leroux.
