This bank is fairly busy, but always does a great job on moving customers in and out. Not to mention that they always have a smile on and are very welcoming. Mayfield RBC on the other hand......Just stay away from that branch. You'll end up seeing why on earth you go in.

The best bank I’ve dealt with, customer service is fantastic and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend using this branch or RBC in general.

Worst RBC branch in Edmonton. Poor customer service. Had conversation with the Financial Advisor Sammer, very disappointing, the way she was talking to me as if I am wasting her time by discussing my financial options, I have RRSP, TFSA with decent amount with RBC and I wanted a line of credit, I would recommend avoid to talk to her if you are visiting the branch and Now I am considering other banks for my banking and taking the business to some other bank, I had been using RBC since I came to Canada, but had great experience in Toronto and Canmore (Near Banff). But sad to see this downfall in Edmonton.
