Roberta was delightful to work with. She really walked us through the mortgage process, which was important to us because we were first-time home buyers. I highly recommend Roberta as a mortgage broker.

I have been using Roberta at Mortgage Success for my client when they need new Mortgages for over 10 years, first when she arranged my personal mortgage on my first house and now I recommend her to Clients looking to renew or obtain new mortgages. She always does her very best for my clients. She works hard to find my clients the best rates and has the patience that is needed with difficult deals. Whether you are a consumer looking for a mortgage or a Realtor looking for a good mortgage broker for your Clients I would recommend Roberta every time! Thanks for all you do Roberta! Kim

We've been using Roberta's services both personally and professionally for over 11 years. Our team has always referred her to clients with absolute confidence that she will do a great job every time. She is a consummate professional & a wealth of knowledge. On occasion situations can get a little tricky but she handles it like a pro. Roberta is not afraid to work long hours and is relentless when she needs to be. She is well respected & well connected with various underwriting departments /lenders. We just can't say enough good things about Roberta & are looking forward to many more successful transactions with her in the future. :) Jenny & Adesh Narine Century 21 Vantage Realty Ltd.

I have used Mortgage Success 3 times and have been extremely happy with the results. Roberta helped me get my first home at a far better rate than I expected even though I had almost no previous credit at all. When I bought my second home I again turned to Roberta because I had difficult to verify income due to running my own business to supplement my income and she was able to find a company that was willing to approve me at rates equal to what all the big banks were offering at the time. I had to re-finance my mortgage a few years ago and once again Mortgage Success saved me hundreds of dollars in fees and got me a better rate than I was able to negotiate on my own. I highly recommend using Mortgage Success if you want to take all the hard work and worry out of getting a mortgage and know that you will get the best rate possible. Roberta works for YOU to make sure that everything goes smoothly and is as easy as possible.

When I bought my first property at 20, I used Mortgage Success to help me navigate through the seemingly scary process of securing a mortgage. Roberta and Tara were always there when I needed them and educated me along the way. I greatly appreciated their attention to detail and wide-range of experience with many different lenders. When the time came for me to renew, Mortgage Success was there to help me again in renegotiating my amortization and rate. I don't think I will ever get a mortgage directly from a bank when I know already that Roberta and Tara will search high and low to get me the best rate possible.
