Very poor customer service. Tania needed some information from me, when I got the information to her that same day, I even phoned her to make sure she did receive it, didn't hear back from her until much later the next day. In one f our phone conversations, I was actually hung up on. She phoned me back later telling me "sorry" she didn't mean to. The kicker?? I was quoted a rate and stated that the closing date would be in 90 days. Unbeknownst to me, to get that certain rate, I would have to close within 60 days. NOT 90. Yet she only told me that after I got in contact with her to confirm that rate. And again, this was 3 days after the last time we had chatted.

Buying a property or house and/or home is already such a long and tedious process filled with a massive learning curve and lots of questions. Once you finally get to the end of this part, you begin the exact same thing when it comes to getting a mortgage. Tania was recommended to us by our Realtor with great reviews. We soon saw for ourselves, Tania was and simply is phenomenal. She is a powerhouse of information and knowledge and her years of experience show. She answered every single question we had and was one step ahead of us the whole time. We felt at ease knowing we were in such great and capable hands. We felt as though Tania made our concerns her concerns from start to finish so in the end, there were no concerns left. The entire process thanks to Tania was seamless and her effort in getting us the mortgage so quickly was greatly appreciated. We will definitely continue to use Tania as our Mortgage Broker and make sure that anyone we know that is looking for one, does the same. Thank you Tania!!!
