Jen is amazing. As first time home buyers we didn't know about various mortgage options and all the steps required when purchasing a home. Jen guided us through the whole process, educating us and ensuring we had all the information we needed, going beyond the scope of just the mortgage. She worked tirelessly to secure us the best rates available, with the flexibility we needed, working even during her own sister's wedding! It was clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and is looking out for their best interests. I would recommend Jen in a heartbeat, and will definitely be using her services again in the future. Sean and Kerri, Port Coquitlam

Jennifer is an excellent broker ! she worked tirelessly to bring me options for financing on 2 properties I was working to close deals on. Both deals were complex and had a number of hurdles to over come in obtaining financing for. I have never been so impressed with a brokers ability to work outside of the box to put a deal together. I highly recommend Jennifer and will definitely be a using her service again in the future. You rock Jen Thank you Mike.

We had recently used Jen for the mortgage for our home. Not only did we get the best rate possible but she also saved us a significant amount of money by educating us on the various types of mortgages as well as lenders she had access to. Additionally she is always available for questions or to provide further insight when required. I highly recommend her services and can say with confidence I will consult with her upon renewal of my mortgage.

Jen was completely knowledgeable and took care of my mortgage needs professionally and efficiently. She was by my side every step of the way and made the process a lot less stressful. She is a very pleasant person to deal with and I would recommend her highly.

Jen was recommended to us through a friend whom she helped financing their first house, when we finally had our down payment saved up. When we started the process, we had done some reading and only limited knowledge. Jen was amazingly patient when she walked us through the entire financing process including all facets. She strongly focused on our needs as first time homebuyers and ensured that we could make an educated choice when it came to signing the mortgage. After our initial meeting, we stayed in touch by email and Jen replied to all our questions within no time. She professionally navigated all stepping stones and went above and beyond our expectations to find a mortgagee to accept our particular work situation. Once we had our accepted offer, she quickly secured financing to us and even managed to reduce the minimal down payment required by the financial institution. After we signed all paperwork, Jen checked in with us to ensure that we were doing fine. We had talked to a few other mortgage brokers and lenders before connecting to Jen and the difference was striking. Jen treated us professionally and focused on what is best for our individual situation. We wish all mortgage professionals would maintain Jen’s high level of integrity and commitment. Once our mortgage is up for renewal, we will definitely get in touch with Jen to help us again. We can highly recommend working with Jen, especially if you’re a first time homebuyer and need someone who is kind, patient and understanding of your individual level of knowledge.
