Customer service is really hit and miss here, there are a few individuals (when I say few I mean one or two) who will go out of their way to treat you with respect and dignity. RBC in general has to be the worst bank in Canada in customer service, its sad for me to say that I get better service at Walmart over this (supposed ) five star bank. Life happens and we all get into situations where we all need a little help, well don't tell that to this bank they will literally lynch you and punish you for being their customer. Not everyone is perfect but in RBC's greedy eyes all they see is how you can make them rich and THAT'S IT!!! Yes its all about the shareholders, employees are treated like numbers like any other business however they take the cake for being the biggest hypocrite in ways they treat their customers. They call themselves a global bank where they have offices and branches and blah blah blah everywhere. Well try to make a emergency deposit to make room for funds on your C card.......oh wait on a holiday they are closed so the funds will be held until they open, oh wait there are other banks that are open and yes its time for me to go these banks who will be more than happy to have me as a customer and not someone they can always say no too!!! Someone at the next shareholders meeting please let RBC know that its not 1920 people need to go to banks on holidays and Sundays. Over the last eight years at RBC has been nothing but stressful, they are a bank who will take your money but won't "help" you back. Nice business plan oh wait I am just a customer nothing more. Honestly try other banks before RBC, its unfortunate cause there are good people who work here, small amount but they are the only reason why I have stayed with the bank but sadly its time to move to another banking business.

I agree with Trish P. I imagine I had to deal with the same branch manager. It is no wonder that when i walked in there the one day it was just me with no other customers. Any other bank there seems to be at least 2 or 3 people in line. The branch manager was rude within the first 30 seconds of talking to me. The tellers where great btw, i feel sorry for the employees that have her as a boss. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. This kind of rudely behavior should not be tolerated anywhere. I'd give it a 0 if i could

Friendly staff and fast service make this a great branch to go to. Been banking with Rbc for 20+ years and this is my favourite branch.
