Worst bank ever! I had account in this bank in other countries, but this branch has stupid policies. I paid a client with a check trying to give him a good service, but he found many obstacles to have his money, so finally I have to go and take the money and pay him with cash, such a waste of time

Deal with couple of bankers in this branch and they are all very nice and helpful. The bank might have more strict policy but it's understandable as an int'l bank. The bankers take full responsibility on all my request and the service is the best!

I have dealt with Langley HSBC for 7 years now and they have been great! I started with them coming out of a divorce and a bankruptcy and they not only accepted my they have helped me to rebuild my credit rating and get started with RRSP's. And to all those complaining about payments bouncing because the bank takes out the service charges all I can say is you should never leave yourself so short as to only have the exact amount of a payment sitting in your account. Service fee's are part of banking and perhaps people should pay more attention to the dates when these come out and plan for them.

I never thought this poor of service was possible from a bank with physical branches. I have been trying to get printed statements for five weeks, by any means possible - fax, mail, pick up... and I still don't have my statements despite several visits and countless phone calls.

Worst service ever. If your mortgage is due on the 15th, sometimes they don't take your payment until the 17th or 18th so you pay more interest. This is done by design., or they'll take the service charges before your Mortgage, and bounce your Mortgage payment by 5 dollars. It's unbelievable.
