John and his staff are absolutely amazing!!! I cant say enough great things about them. I had accepted an offer to purchase a condo after getting what I thought was pre-approval from my bank. The conditions were coming due to be removed, I had put a hefty deposit down and my bank had me jumping through additional hoops. I decided I needed to take matters into my own hands and google searched Mortgage Brokers and came across John. He had a mortgage approved within 1 business day for me! I have since referred a friend to him and will continue to refer family/friends. Great Job John Antle team! :)

My husband and I worked with John Antle on the purchase of our first home five years ago. When it was time to move on and purchase our second home, this past month, we knew exactly who to call. We found John takes the stress out of the mortgage experience entirely. He was always accessible via phone or email for any questions or concerns we had, easy to talk to and straight forward. John is a pro, and in our case a miracle-worker. We felt that he was working for us as "friends and family", even though we had just met him. He was able to work quickly to get us a very good mortgage under pressure and less-than-ideal circumstances. As first-time home-buyers, he spent a lot of additional time educating us and providing us with thorough information and good counsel about financing, and also about the home-buying process in general. He's personable, warm, professional, and has an excellent community reputation.

John got me a great rate, better than what I thought was possible at the time I was searching for a mortgage. His responses to my questions were pretty much immediate and made the process alot smoother than what I expected (after dealing with banks in the past). John can also recommend any contractors if you are thinking about including home improvements into your new mortgage. I will be using John and his staff again when it's time to renew my mortgage.
