We have recently worked with Steve, for the second time, and there is no one we'd rather put our trust in, when it comes to our Mortgage. Not being well versed in what's available in the Mortgage realm, Steve has provided extensive details, information and options to help us understand and achieve what best fits our family and future. We appreciate his honesty and openness, and have never felt 'sold' or steered towards a certain 'product'. We greatly appreciate how easy it is to work with Steve throughout the entire process. We cannot say enough great things or recommend him more highly! From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you Steve!

This was my first time using a mortgage broker, and I was pleasantly surprised. I had expected to be given the sales pitch and sent on my way with a mortgage that only had the broker's commission in mind. Instead, I was greeted by Steve who was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Steve made us feel like we were being given advice by a friend; there was no pressure, he gave his honest opinions, and he was incredibly patient with us. 5 stars isn't enough for this guy!

I would highly recommend Steve to everyone and anyone looking into setting up their mortgage. Steve's knowledge and service are unsurpassed! This being my first time purchasing a home I approached my mortgage cautiously and nervously, but in working with Steve I was more than confident with the whole experience. In working with Steve you will be treated with an unparalleled value of professionalism yet unbelievably personable in that he will treat you like family looking out your best interests and setting your future up in the best way possible. It was a pleasure to work with Steve and I look forward to working with him in the future. Can not thank you enough Steve!

If you are looking to be well taken care of with your best interests in mind, than look no further. I have had the pleasure of working with Steve for the purchase of my first home and he has done an excellent job in putting me in the right direction and educating along the way. I will definitely use his skills in the future for further investments and mentoring. Lots of respect for this man and the high reputation he upholds. Thanks Steve!
