Ric was very easy to work with. It was great being able to communicate online rather than in an office to help accomodate my schedule. He was thorough and very knowledgeable about mortgages. He made sure we understood what we could afford and answered any questions we had. He found us a great rate with everything we specifically wanted. What more could you ask for?

A few months ago we were introduced to Ric to look at our first mortgage. Ric is 100% professional, down to earth, patient and kind. Ric took each step of the process with us, if we had questions Ric was always available to answer them. Ric is truely remarkable. Thank you Ric for making our first home possible. We are forever greatful!
