Sharon and Jaclyn were so helpful throughout the whole process of my recent home purchase. They were knowledgeable, available, responsive and made sure we knew what to expect throughout the process. I would recommend using them for any of your mortgage needs.

Sharon and Jaclyn and the team at INVIS are always so amazing and attentive and go above and beyond our expectations every time we go to them for our mortgage needs, or related questions. They are so knowledgeable and I feel they they always have our best interest first and foremost. I wouldn't think twice about reccomending them to all of our friends and family, as they have always treated us so well. 10/10 best in Nanaimo!

Don has helped us purchase 3 different properties and complete several renewals. He Works hard to find us our best rate, and is 100% looking out for our best interests in dealing with lenders. Don and the other office staff are also great with young kids and do all they can to accommodate if you need to bring your children to an appointment. They are a family run office and care for your needs as if you were part of the family as well.

Don has helped us with mortgages twice now, and to say he has gone the extra mile to address our needs is an understatement! He helped us buy our first home in Nanaimo after our bank of 25+ years pre-approved us then dropped the ball once we had made an offer on a home. We were referred to Don and he not only saved the deal but also got us a better rate. We recently sought his expertise with a refinance and were again thrilled with his service. Don is an expert at his craft, look no further if you’re shopping for a mortgage!
