I find Michelle very proactive and helpful not only with clients but with her approach to learning and growing as a professional. I am also delighted with the personal approach she has with maintaining and developing her business. You will be in good hands with Michelle working for you with your mortgage needs.

Absolutely outstanding service. Even though Michelle wasn't able to do our mortgage she found someone that could and then followed the entire process to be sure it was all handled correctly and to our best interest. Outstanding service and professionalism.

Tomorrow, my wife Karen and I will become first-time homeowners, taking possession of the townhouse that we have rented for the past six years. For this we are profoundly grateful to Michelle Kelly, mortgage broker extraordinaire, who made possible our dreams of home ownership. We learned exactly one month ago today that our unit was for sale, with the owners giving us the opportunity to buy the house before it would be put on the market. We jumped at the chance to purchase the unit that had been home to us over the past six years, although we knew that our chances of getting mortgage approval were slim, due to numerous factors that are too lengthy to mention here. Michelle came highly recommended by our realtor, and she worked with us daily over the past four weeks, speaking to numerous underwriters across Canada, and advocating for us. We are grateful that Michelle secured a phenomenal variable rate for us (a rate that was lower than anything I could have anticipated), and tirelessly worked with us, sending numerous texts and emails each day, to get all of our paperwork approved by the lender and the insurer. She went far and beyond the call of duty, and thanks to her, we received a call from our lawyer a few hours ago, confirming that everything was done, on "completion day". I am so inspired whenever I meet someone who lives with an uncompromising commitment to excellence. This is why it was such a joy to work with Michelle. She follows through on her promises, doesn't drop balls, communicates with clarity, and personifies character and integrity in all that she does. It doesn't surprise me that she has been given a 5-star review by EVERY SINGLE PERSON on this list. I have already recommended Michelle to several friends in Squamish, and will continue to do so in the months and years to come.
