Quick and easy access to ATM. Has disability access buttons for automatically opening doors. Also, this building is level entry. New location is much improved from where they were previously. Been banking with HSBC for over a decade. Always pleased with customer service and teller interactions.

HSBC used to be awesome... 20 YEARS AGO No more: 1- WHY IS THE ATM LOCKED AFTER HOURS? ALSO: 2- VERY VERY VERY POOR CLIENT SERVICE BY COLD, DEAD-FISH-LIKE, RUDE MORTGAGE ANALYST... Needed info on my mortgage, guy never got up, never welcomed me, did not even look up, did not extend his hand, he sat, staring at and typing away at his computer & just pointed to a chair... THEN He ACTUALLY asked why my husband was not dealing with the issue I had... I DO NOT HAVE A HUSBAND THE MORTGAGE IS IN MY NAME I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE AN APOLOGY... CHANGING BANKS.

They recently moved (early May 2019) and I've tried calling to ask where in Uptown they are located. They have no publicly available# for the branch and when the main customer service line tried contacting them there is no answer at 9:45 am on a Friday.

Don't bother calling, their phone service is terrible. Long wait times.
