I've been searching for my first home lately. My real estate agent recommended Sua to help with securing adequate mortgage. Thanks his commitment and diligent work, I am a happy owner of the apartment that meets all my requirements. Sua is a person to go, if you're looking for someone to assist with a financial side of the home buying process. His expertise is vast and his skills in overcoming obstacles impressive indeed. Thank you, Sua. It was a pleasure.

I had taken Sua's Commercial Financing class, and the deals I've been able to close have more than paid for the fees I had paid for the class. Aside from the knowledge that he shared during class, he continued to be a resourceful support to assist me in my business. This on-going support is far more valuable than the class time itself. I recommend any brokers that are unfamiliar with commercial financing start with Sua's organized curriculum.

I had to renew my mortgage to a new bank and Sua Truong came to the rescue. Not only is the man an expert in his field with tons of knowledge, he also strives to share that knowledge so that I can make the best decisions. Sua always replied instantly it felt like I was his #1 concern, although I'm sure he's very busy. Knowledgeable, helpful, and fast service. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their mortgage.

Hands down, the BEST Mortgage Broker we have ever worked with. From beginning to end, Sua was there for us, answering questions and working late into the night. We felt like Sua really cared about us and our situation. We will be recommending Sua to all our friend and family and all our clients as well. Thank you, Sua!

Sua has been an inspiration to me with his work and life ethics. He gives as a rule so others can have the experiences he enjoys. I often refer to his helping attitude and reliability.
