Outstanding customer service from Jacky Cheong. From the moment he picked up the phone and got to know us and our requirements to the day the mortgage closed Jacky was knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. Working with Ken to obtain the best mortgage available was a very positive experience. The five major banks donâ€™t always have the most competitive rates and I was pleased True North could get me a rate better than the one I was being asked to renew. Ken is simply amazing to work with. This was the second time I worked with Ken to get a mortgage. As always, he secured us the best rate possible in a timely manner. He definitely cares about his clients. He called us a few days before our closing to say that he was able to get us an even better rate than the one he had given us initially (which was already a great offer and we had signed). He did all the paper work and changed the rate last minute. I don't think many brokers go out of their way like this for their clients.

I had the dream team with Jacky as my broker and Marion as my Realtor. They both worked seamlessly as a team. Jacky got me the best rate in the market, even the bank told me they had not seen such low rate for a long time. He was also efficient at telling what documents to send, and I was able to secure financing at a comfortable pace and without any surprise or last minutes hurdles. Marion was patient, thorough through the search, and responsive. She assisted me all the way through closing, recommended good and affordable notaries and inspectors. Overall I truly recommend True North for the rebate incentive, but also the team of professionals, especially Marion and Jacky.
