From the first telephone call with Paul I knew we were in great hands, he made us feel very comfortable right from the start. I love the fact that they are mobile and that the Riley team came to us when it was convenient for us. Our mortgage and housing situation was a little different than a traditional mortgage so we were a bit lost and weren't sure where to start. Paul had all the answers for us quickly and was very knowledgeable about the many different financial options available out there for us. They made it painless and easy from start to finish - I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked.

I have worked with Nishka and Paul for three mortgages now and each time I feel like I am their only client. The most recent mortgage I obtained was by far the trickiest and the most complicated and at times I was not sure it was going to work out. Nishka and Paul were amazing throughout my journey and they were there for me every step of the way. The most recent home I purchased is a true joy and I could not have done it without them. Thank you both for all of your hard work and you never ending support and positivity. No matter what your situation is, I am certain that Nishka and Paul can help you.

We had a fabulous experience working with Nishka! Not only does she get the job done efficiently, she does so with the most wonderful comforting approach. The whole process with her was seamless from start to finish. We are so happy we chose to work with Nishka and will definitely do so in the future!

We have worked with Paul for two of our mortgages. He's worked effectively to get us excellent interest rates and saved us money each time. I have recommended him to others and they have since worked with him twice. Very happy with his work and will go to him first when renewing our current mortgage.

I'm certain I have written a review for both Nishka and Paul before as I've worked with them both for many years! But I write one again because their service, care, and commitment over the years has always stayed the same. 5 stars! I have recommended Nishka to many friends and family and will continue to do so as long as she is in this business. If you need help with a mortgage look no further.
