We are so satisfied with the service of April. She was so professional and transparent during the whole process. She makes good suggestions of what we can do and what we need for our situation. We would not hesitate recommending her.

As usual, April has come through fast and efficiently with a loan product that is 1% less than all the others I was able to look at.

I was first introduced to April by a friend back in 2011 for my first mortgage. I found her to be very personable and she was always very patient with my plethora of (often silly) questions. April’s honesty and straightforwardness was refreshing and I was far more comfortable working with her than with the impersonal treatment one often faces at a major bank. This summer, I contacted April for my first mortgage renewal. Again, she was very prompt and professional as we worked to complete the renewal before the deadline despite my difficult schedule (I work shift work). I would wholeheartedly recommend April to anyone that I know as my go-to mortgage broker!

I met April back in 2011 through a referral for my first mortgage. She was very friendly over the phone and was quite prompt in returning my emails. She took the time to answer my questions (my first home purchase) and didn't press me to make a snap decision, which I appreciated very much. Once I made the decision to go forward, she came over to review the documents in person and in detail. By this time I had seen a few of the options I had, and why she recommended one lender over another. She was also honest and up front about commission the commission arrangement. I have no problem in recommending her services to anyone who needs a mortgage or needs to renew one. Much more personable and attentive than my experiences with other brokers and banks.

I met April a few years ago and was left thinking very highly of her. April has helped me a number of times to organize financial matters. She is professional, thorough and wastes no time in answering any questions. Her work is accurate and she is timely. April is personable and easy to talk to. She understands what you need and makes it as easy as possible for you to achieve your goals. She works hard behind the scenes and you know she has your back. My husband and I appreciate April and are so impressed with her that we plan to use her mortgage services in our next house and other future projects. She's won our trust. Thanks April!
