We recently bought a home and used the services of Robert Mogensen to help us secure our mortgage. We first approached him in 2018 about the possibility of buying a home once the market showed signs of stabilizing. With great patience, Robert kept us up to date and informed on what and when the requirements would be needed as we moved forward to purchase a property once we were ready. Robert guided us expertly, with both diligence and clarity, making the entire process stress free for us. He was always quick to answer any email or phone call questions that we had. After securing the best possible mortgage for our situation, we happily took possession of our new home April 2019!! We highly recommend Robert to help you with your mortgage needs, and we will use your services again! Our sincere thanks to you Robert!

From our very first conversation, Robert was friendly and knowledgeable. He laid out exactly what was required, worked to find the best deal, and was constantly on the ball as the go-between, between myself and the Lender. He was always reachable or very quick to respond and he couldn't have made it easier for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that is considering a mortgage broker. I would definitely use him again.

Robert Mogensen has been a great help to us over the years with our home mortgage needs. Recently, we inquired about a change in our mortgage status. As always, Rob demonstrated his current knowledge of the business and professional, service-oriented approach. He spent the time needed to research the important info in order to patiently answer our questions and concerns. His understanding of changing and particularly challenging market conditions is evident, and we have great confidence in his strategic advice and wise counsel. We have always sensed that our needs are his first priority. We highly recommend Rob as an excellent and trusted choice as a mortgage advisor.

Rob has helped us with 4 mortgages, as well as a new purchase. Once he even said, you can switch, but it's better to stay with your bank right now for this reason. Solid advice, always on our side, and patient with complicated circumstances. Many brokers provide knowledgeable service, but Rob is more than that. You will see that he cares, he makes it fun, and you will instantly feel comfortable and confident. We were always laughing, and if I'm dong something this stressful, I pick the person who gets me smiling! He's also a wealth of connection and has pointed us to many really great services and people. Thanks Rob!

I have known Robert for over 40 years in both a personal and professional capacity. I highly recommend Robert for his excellent service-he is knowledgeable, reliable, offers intelligent solutions for his clients as well as being a caring individual. Buying a home, refinancing or renewing a mortgage can be a stressful experience but Robert manages to make the process painless. As a Realtor I know I can entrust my client's needs to Robert, letting him deal with the financial side of buying or selling a home. I love having Robert on my team of trusted advisors and you will too!
