First time home buyer and had no idea how to navigate all the steps needed. Liz was kind and professional and I could truly tell she cared about my needs. She patiently walked me through what I needed to gather and the steps we were going to take to get me approved for a mortgage. When we hit a snag, she did some research and figured out a different avenue. She answered my emails and got back to me promptly. She was just as excited as I was when I was approved! Truly a great experience for myself and I've already been recommending her to my friends and colleagues.

We new we were in excellent hands once again when we needed assistance for our sons first purchase. Liz not only found him the best possible product but spent time explaining all the relevant details he needed moving forward with his purchase. She has also offered to check in after a few months and make sure he is managing with his his budget. If your looking for knowledgeable and personable Liz is definitely who you should be working with.

Liz was absolutely incredible at assisting us through this process. As a newbie to the housing market and anything mortgage related, she was patient, available on short notice and helped answer every question I had (and there were a lot!). She is professional and personable, and I would highly recommend her. She made the process so much easier for us.

Liz was referred to us by a friend, after we were rejected by two banks for our mortgage. She was amazing...and we’ve dealt with other mortgage brokers before. She was so quick to respond, kept us in the loop the entire time, and made our dream home a reality. We’ve been in our new home for only a few weeks and it’s thanks to Liz for finding us lenders who could work with us (and give us a VERY low interest rate). Crazy thing is we never actually met Liz in person - though she did offer - with our crazy schedules she managed to make it all easy via email and phone. Jen

Liz has been our broker for the past 4 years, she is professional, timely and very personable to deal with. We won't deal with anyone else for our mortgage needs. We have referred her to countless friends who all say the same, that she is the best!
