Dealing with Tricia was great. I have never dealt with a mortgage broker before. Always with the bank. A friend suggested I contact her because they said they wished they did when they bought a house. The rate she was able to get for me was much better than the banksâ€™. If I had any questions she got back to me quickly. Overall Iâ€™m very happy.

My wife and I were struggling to qualify for a mortgage due to some unique personal/financial circumstances. We were operating in a limited time frame as were were posted to another province when we contacted our current mortgage company to port our mortgage - they were unable to make that happen due to the unique circumstances and we began to worry that renting may be our only option (which would include additional storage costs).
