Andrew Kempton, owner of Mortgage Alliance Cutting Edge Lending, was recommended to me from a close friend. We were introduced and had lunch. We spoke about the new home we were looking to purchase and about not getting the best information from the Bank. He was knowledgeable on the subject. He provided us with his excellent background in the mortgage business and what he could do for us. I hired Andrew to provide me with the best deal possible. I am extremely pleased with his brilliant expertise and tenacious attitude to provide us with the best mortgage. I highly recommend that if you want someone that will give 150% to find you the best deal, Andrew is your man. He is not only our mortgage broker he is now a good friend of our family. I've been playing soccer with Andrew (an exotic sport for him at that time) for seven years now. Same as all other team sports, soccer reveals your well hidden weaknesses and highlights your strengths. Therefore about Andrew, after all these years, I can tell you that his weaknesses are still well hidden, while his strengths are fully shown: team spirit, altruism, continuous strive to improve, very trustworthy friend to mention just a few. As the first time buyers he made the process for us, smoother than my wife's process of choosing the right scarf. I have known Andrew for most of a decade but have always used my local bank for all my mortgage needs. In september of 2011 when my wife and I needed a mortgage, I called Andrew AND my own bank..... Dealing with Andrew was like a walk in the park. Andrew came to my home when i informed him that i wasn't comfortable scanning and emailing. He patiently listened to and answered all my concerns with this "different kind" of lending. Andrew was able to beat my own bank of 28 years in service and mortgage rate...WOW! I am SOLD on Andrew and wouldn't hesitate to repeat and refer. Our deal just closed a couple months ago. Thanks again Andrew. Robin and Nicole.
