Tracey Robinson is definitely rocking the mortgage business. Aside from knowing the ins and outs of it, she is awesome to work with. Me and hubby couldn't have imagined going through the process without her. She is very informative, has great attention to details, very approachable and positive . Her energy and positivity is so contagious. As first time home buyers, it's just so amazing to have met someone who is so passionate and exceptional in her job that it reflects the outcome. She made the journey fun and a walk in the park. We got the best rate there is and found the perfect home for us. Kudos to you Tracey!

If anyone is looking for a mortgage broker, Tracey Robinson is where it's at! As a first time buyer, she walked me through from beginning to end with the greatest of details! She went above and beyond for me! I'd highly recommend Tracey to anyone looking for a mortgage specialist! Her customer service is top notch! Thank you again Tracey for everything! I love my new home!

This is the second time that my husband and I have used Tracey in our search for the right mortgage for us. We would recommend her to others because our experiences with her have been very easy. We found her to be informative, courteous and conscientious. She is also fun to work with. When the mortgage provider that we arranged to work with did not come up to our immediate expectations, Tracey was on it, and chasing them herself. For that we are grateful. It also helps that she is British and, being British ourselves, she was able to separate out our previous UK experiences and bring us up to speed with the Canadian way of doing things. This avoided so much confusion. Thank you Tracey.

Tracey has been absolutely amazing! We first came to her 4 years ago to purchase our first home. She spent 2 hours educating us on every step (outside of her regular office hours). Since then she has made sure we are taken care of. Every time I had questions she pro-actively reached out to me and has come up with unique solutions for our specific needs. She makes sure that you are completely comfortable with every step of the process - whether it's purchasing, refinancing, etc. We are so grateful to be able to trust someone with something as important as our home. I call her my "mortgage angel" as she has just been so exceptional with her service and attention to detail. She makes us feel valued as clients.
