Scott Travelbea is very quietly the #1 Mortgage Broker in the Province of BC, every year in terms of volume, which brings in in the top 10 in Canada. If you know him, he doesn't boast about it (like many Realtors do), he simply let's his reputation be his marketing. I'd recommend Scott to my family & my friends any day.

Scott was instrumental in our home purchase. We had a complicated portfolio with some hoops to jump through. He was able to find a fantastic solution to our challenges and had the industry contacts necessary to put together a deal in a short timeline. I have and will continue to recommend Scott and his team to friends and family.

Travelbea & Associates are exceptional and have been my go to for all my mortgage needs over the years. Also I have worked in the real estate industry and have always known Scott to work with integrity and honourable commitment to his clients. I highly recommend, hands down best mortgage broker in town.

I've worked with Scott, Alicia and the team at Travelbea & Associates since buying our first home in 2011. Through our purchase, refinance and new purchase we have been very impressed with their service. Alicia has gone above-and-beyond on multiple occasions to help our family with planning mortgage strategies and we highly recommend their services.
