I would highly recommend Katy! I came to her quite last minute under a time crunch and she handled everything so well and so quickly, which made the process much less stressful for me. She was a true professional and handled all of my questions and concerns. Thank you for a job so well done!

She's a rock star! Not literally. Literally she is mortgage broker, which is good because I don't need a rock star. Recommend to all of our clients.

buying your first home is always a scary and exciting experience. From day 1 Katy was there answering every question I had and made sure not only I was comfortable but all necessary actions were taken to get my mortgage. I want to thank her for making a stressful time become an amazing experience, very thankful I had her during this process.

Katy has been amazing in supporting me through a long and arduous process of refinancing my mortgage in the midst of a separation/divorce. She was attentive, efficient, and successful in accessing a fabulous rate for me. Her prompt communication reassured me that I was in excellent hands. She was collaborative with my notary and checked in multiple times to ensure that my questions and concerns were being addressed. Katy went above and beyond any expectations I had for a mortgage broker, as my previous broker was well-known and respected, but never provided the exceptional level of service, attention to detail and support that I received from Katy. I unequivocally recommend Katy to anyone seeking a personable and understanding professional, with solid skill and dedication.

I fully trust Katy! With Katy it's all about YOUR needs first! I can say this as I know she only truly wants the best for YOU. She goes above and beyond and will make sure she knows you are truly satisfied. I have not personally used her yet but I will. I have had many conversations and meetings with Katy and she always blows me away with all the free knowledge she gives me. Any question you have Katy has an answer and if she doesn't know she goes and finds out. If you are a first time home buyer or 10th I know for sure you will be 100% satisfied. If you want to know more about Katy I encourage you to chat to her and if you want you can always talk to me I person to hear more about what I love about Katy
