Milka did a great job for me! She has great experience dealing with independent business people and contractors, those of us who don't fit easily into the boxes of conventional banking models. Even though my first time home purchase was a relatively small one, I never felt as if I were being treated any differently from her multi-million dollar clients. She patiently held my hand throughout the whole process and ironed out the wrinkles along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends and colleagues.

Milka honestly moved mountains to make our deal work. She is a miracle worker to say the least. I am so glad we found her. I have recommended her to numerous friends and family, who will agree. Even in the 11th hour when our deal was going sideways, she managed to find a way to pull it all together. I highly recommend her. Excellent service you would be crazy to go anywhere else.
