We have worked with Jason Stiehl at Guardian Mortgage for a decade, on both home mortgages and refinancing. Each time we have purchased a home or sought advice and assistance about refinancing a current mortgage, he has been extremely helpful. Not only is he personable and friendly, but he is efficient and offers us the guidance necessary to close as quickly as possible. We appreciate that he always makes himself available to take our calls and emails and dedicates a great deal of time to his clients. Jason Stiehl is prompt, respectful, and dedicated. My wife and I are first time home buyers. We didn't know what to expect when we were referred to Jason. We heard horror stories about mortgage companies providing "top dollar" maximum loan amounts and overpromising on potential monthly payments. Jason was completely professional and up front. Not to mention he provides conservative numbers which allowed us some wiggle room in our first (and only) offer in this hot market. I thank Jason for providing great summaries, quick feedback, and a fast closing time. MOST importantly to me - Jason was kind.
