I did not use them, but I was the the seller of a home with the buyer using Caliber. The closing date was continually pushed back for over 3 weeks. This was 100% due to the inability of Caliber getting it together.

Dustin Brumley...where do I start with him? He's very personable and really knows his stuff! The way he's able to break down complex mortgage information into easily understood bits and pieces is great. And his client service is out of this world. Definitely recommend Dustin and his team with Caliber!

I am a Caliber Branch Manager in San Diego and i send ALL of my Washington clients to Dustin Brumley and his team. He has NEVER let us down and always gives the white glove service to the people that I've referred. That coupled with a great reputation with local real estate agents helped to get their offers accepted and transactions closed quickly.
