My fiance and I just purchased our first house in March 2018. We had a great experience with Ryan Shane and the whole team at Sammamish Mortgage. They were so quick and always will to answer any question we had. They did a great job walking us through the whole process. Overall, I wouldn't have wanted to go with anyone else.

We were very impressed with the highly efficient and professional approach Sammamish took in completing the refinancing process. Their staff is very capable and responsive and the electronic exchange of documents greatly facilitated the timely closing of the mortgage. We will happily recommend Sammamish to our friends who are seeking home financing.

Working with Sammamish Mortgage was a seamless experience towards purchasing my home. Everyone was tremendously helpful and made it easy on someone like myself who is not familiar with the ins and outs. Their task center made it really easy to provide everything that was necessary to get pre-approved. I would definitely recommend them to my peers when looking for a mortgage.

I am a first-time home buyer and this was my first mortgage loan. Sammamish was recommended to me by my real estate agent, but I still shopped around on my own. During my search, I found Ryan Shane and his team to be very accommodating. Ryan took multiple calls with me to explain to me the nuances of a mortgage, and gave me his honest opinion when comparing Sammamish to other mortgage brokers. In fact, there was another broker who was offering a slightly better rate than Sammamish, but I was so pleased with Ryan's attentiveness and service before I had even locked in a rate with them, that I decided to move forward with Sammamish anyway. I did not regret that decision. Ryan's team was responsive throughout the process, and when the closing fees came in higher than the original quote, they honored that quote and gave me a lender credit to match the initial quote. I am very pleased with Ryan and his team and would recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.
