If I could zero star, I would

I don’t have anything positive to say. Save yourself the headache and get your mortgage preapproval elsewhere. I wish I had. Joel told me I was approved for 50,000 less than I actually was. I didn’t find this out until seeing another broker all together. This effected my buying power during our home search and we didn’t offer on properties that we could of at the time. So we lost out. When we did get a signed offer for a home Joel waited until the very last day to check on the approval with the lenders/ insurers. We ended up running out of time on 3 separate deals with him. Leaving us 3 months down the road still without a property. If you want a long, drawn out process, if you want to continually be asked for the same piece of paperwork you’ve already submitted multiple times, if you want multiple credit checks ran on you in a matter of months, if you want to run out of time on deals so the backup offer takes your place, if you want stress, frustration and headaches, then Joel’s your man!

Joel is my # 1 mortgage broker, he has been for years now. As a Real estate Agent I am happy to have him part of my team. He has done the impossible for clients (time and time again) that have had all sorts of challenges getting their financing approved and to turn them into proud and happy home owners.
