It was a very delightful experience with Vidit as a mortgage broker. Vidit was very helpful and patient in answering questions. He suggested the best mortgage solution for my purchase. There was a small technical glitch regarding the property rental assessment which he was able to quickly resolve by finding a proper workaround. He was able to further reduce the interest rate that was initially offered. I would highly recommend working with Vidit.

I was in need of an urgent mortgage broker who could get me financing for a property within the next 24 hours. I almost gave up hope of obtaining financing until a friend of mine referred me to Vidit one day before removing subjects. It was 8.45pm when Vidit called. He was very calm in listening to my frustration and anxiety. He gave me good insight to my situation and advised me on an alternative solution to obtaining financing. We went to work straight away and he managed to submit my loan application that very night. In short, Vidit managed to obtain an approval for me the very next day and I was able to remove my subjects. I felt so relieved and excited to finally be able to purchase my first home in Canada.
